COVID-19 Statement

A Message to our Valued Partners,

We wanted to share with you the Mueller Innovative Custom Cut Solutions’ COVID-19 (coronavirus) contingency plan. Currently Mueller is not experiencing any production or raw material supply chain issues related to COVID-19.

Mueller has been closely monitoring the developments around COVID-19. At Mueller, the health and wellbeing of our employees is paramount. We are closely following the recommendations of the CDC to ensure we are doing everything in our power to provide a hygienic and safe work environment.

During this challenging time, we continue to focus on our business partner’s requirements by implementing business continuity plans to ensure the delivery of product. Mueller has in place or is implementing the following to safeguard against any interruption in production:

  • Mueller is a current member of an industry trade group Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity Agreement. This provides access to and the use of multiple facilities with redundant capabilities for the manufacture of production parts.
  • Mueller has a Cloud based ERP and Phone system which enables our nonproduction workforce to function remotely.
  • Mueller has focused on developing and has achieved a high level of cross trained production personnel.
  • Mueller’s Purchasing Team continues to proactively work with our supply base to confirm there are no raw material supply issues. At this time we have not encountered any disruptions.

While the risks and long-term impacts of COVID-19 are hard to quantify and change day-to-day, we will continue to take the appropriate steps and update our policies and practices to protect our workforce and support you, our valued business partner.
